Wills and Estate Administration

KYRIACOS CHR. MOUSCOS L.LC undertakes the drafting and execution of Wills, Estate Administration and probate securing your property and financial assets as the last will of the interested person(s).

We offer advice on the appropriate manner of drafting a Will thus ensuring that the property and assets of the testator are distributed to his/her heirs as per his/her wishes.

We also undertake the Administration of Estate procedure, executing a Will or intestate succession, which is monitored by the Court, and we offer advice to the Administrators of Estate or act as such, in order to conclude the distribution of the property and financial assets to the legal heirs and beneficiaries.  The procedure sometimes is complicated and demanding, especially when involving tax matters and/ or heirs who reside abroad, therefore you should seek for appropriate guidance and advice which we can provide.

Criminal Law
